Support GC biotech places support at the top of its priority list. Support is provided by our team of highly trained service engineers and applications specialists. GC biotech’s support is coordinated from our office in Alphen aan den Rijn, The Netherlands. GC biotech’s Applications & Support team endeavours to solve all your problems with speed, efficiency and professionalism enabling your research and experiments to continue without disruption.
We offer three service support options. These service contracts are tailored to your needs and include support and maintenance after the warranty period. We are also willing to discuss longer contract terms (other than one year) or various preventive maintenance.
Full Service Contract
- Ones or twice a year preventative maintenance (depends on the instrument)
- Including all labor hours and traveling costs, both for preventative as well as corrective maintenance
- Including spare parts for preventative and corrective maintenance
- Reaction time by phone, within 1 working day
- Reaction time on location; 2 working days maximum
Service contract
