The chemagic DNA Tissue10 Kit as well as the chemagic DNA Tissue40 Kit provide
an efficient and fast DNA purification from different types of tissue. The protocol
can be used for purification from different amounts of starting material. The purified DNA (A260 /A280 = 1.70 - 1.95) is suitable for downstream applications such as PCR.
