DNA and RNA Quantification

The SensiMix Kits have been developed to provide the specificity, sensitivity and reproducibility required to deliver outstanding results in the quantification of DNA and RNA from various sources.
The Quantace kits offer the distinct advantage of being universal, as the same mix can be used for SYBR® Green or probe-based assays.

What is SensiMix?
SensiMix DNA Kits contain optimised reagents and exhibit improved sensitivity, resulting in reduced variability between replicates at low concentrations of target.

Versatility
Quantace kits are universal - they can be used for SYBR® Green or probe-based reactions and are suitable for all non-capilairy-based platforms. The kit comes with a separate vial of SYBR® Green I so only one reagent is necessary for probe or SYBR chemistry.

Broad Dynamic Range
The kits perform over a wide dynamic range (up to 10 orders of magnitude) and are sufficiently sensitive to detect a single copy gene target.

Specificity
The mix has been specially designed to minimise primer dimer formation.

Reproducibility
SensiMix reagents are extensively quality controlled to ensure consistency and purity.

Different formulations for different machines:e.g

• SensiMix dT for block-based machines requiring an internal reference for accurate normalisation

• SensiMix NoRef for other block-based and rotor-based machines
  
• SensiMix Lite for capillary-based machines
