About GC biotech

GC biotech was founded in 2003 to focus on the expanding need for automation within life science research. The two founders Glenn Nohar and Willem van Raalte bring a wealth of experience and strong reputations as automation specialists to the company. GC biotech has partnered with Da Vinci Europe Laboratory Solutions who specialise in customised laboratory automation solutions for chemistry laboratories in Europe. Currently GC biotech offers sales and distribution of a range of reagents and instruments for the life science research. Over the next few years this will be expanded to include customised automation solutions with the initial focus on the Benelux, Germany and Scandinavia.

Our people

The scientific and technical knowledge and expertise of GC biotech make them an ideal interface between the user and suppliers of automation to the life sciences. The sales team has academic qualifications in Molecular Biology supported by an engineering team with many years experience of instrumentation and software, resulting in a package of outstanding service and support.
